Symptoms of Stress

Here is a self-check for stress in yourself. Please read the following symptoms at the three levels of our personality, and give points to yourself as per the intensity of each symptom, ranging form 1(never) to 5(constantly). Add up all the scores and see its implication below.

A. Physical level :

Headache
Increase in heart beat

Scoring :

Over 150 - You are ‘burning out’.
Between 110 - 149 - You could be in for trouble.
Between 90 - 109 - Time to take care.
Below 90 - Nothing much to worry.
