Seminars has been designed in such a way that it can be very easily
organized with a small infra-structure & group of people.
Any institution, corporation,
organization or club etc can very easily take
initiative and organize this highly beneficial program in their
premises itself. The following things are required to organize a HL
Seminar:
1.
A quiet & comfortable Hall with good seating arrangements.
2. A stage with a single Sofa and a small table on it.
3. Good Public Address System.
4. HL Books for the expected number of participants (supplied by us).
5. Arrangements for lodging-boarding for Poojya Guruji.
6. To & fro travel fare for Poojya Guruji or Poojya Swaminiji to the
place of program.
7. Some publicity of the Seminar.
8. Minimum number of participants has to be at least 30, and maximum
about 100.
9. Arrangements for snacks or lunch for all the participants.
10. Rates of the program vary and therefore this point needs to be
discussed.
